Duties include:

Conduct market research to analyze customer preferences, industry trends, and demand for cardetailing and restyling services.

Collect and interpret data on consumer behavior, market conditions, and competitor activities toidentify business opportunities.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting andnetworking.

Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, including key metrics such as conversionrates and ROl, to refine strategies.

conduct competitive analysis to assess market positioning and recommend pricing, branding, andpromotional strategies.

Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives using platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram to enhance brand visibility.

Create and manage marketing contents, including advertising/promotional materials and social media posts, ensuring brand consistency.

Identify the most cffective media channels for marketing campaigns and optimize contentdelivery.

Generate and present reports on market research findings, customer insights, and marketing performance to support decision-making.

Monitor industry trends and consumer feedback to adjust marketing strategies and improvebusiness growth.
