These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Toyz Detail Studio website at www.toyzdetailstudio.com and your use of our online inquiry, estimate-request, appointment, and messaging features. They also describe general conditions that may be relevant when requesting our automotive appearance and protection services.

Important: An estimate, booking confirmation, signed or otherwise properly authorized work order, invoice, manufacturer warranty, or other service-specific written agreement may contain additional terms. Those transaction-specific documents determine the authorized services, pricing, and applicable warranty coverage. Nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory consumer rights or any authorization, estimate, or disclosure required by law.

1. About Toyz Detail Studio

Toyz Detail Studio is an automotive appearance and protection business in Irvine, California. Our services may include paint protection film (PPF), colored PPF, window tint, ceramic coating, vinyl wraps, professional detailing, and selected mobile detailing services. 2. Website Information and Estimates

Website content, project photographs, descriptions, sample packages, promotions, and displayed prices are provided for general information and are not a promise that every vehicle qualifies for the same service, price, or result.

We may provide an initial estimate based on the vehicle details and photos you submit. An estimate may require confirmation after we inspect the vehicle and assess film removal, prior paintwork, damage, unusual body components, contamination, preparation requirements, or installation complexity. We will explain changes requiring additional paid work and obtain the customer's authorization before proceeding, as required by applicable law.

Submitting a request for an estimate does not, by itself, authorize us to perform work or obligate you to purchase a service. Services and charges are subject to the applicable estimate, work order, and authorization process.

3. Scheduling, Deposits, and Cancellations

Most installations are performed by appointment. Availability depends on technician capacity, materials, the selected service, and the vehicle. Completion dates and times are estimates unless separately confirmed in a binding written commitment. We will communicate material schedule changes as reasonably practicable.

Certain reservations, custom materials, special-order colors, or multi-day installations may require a deposit. Any deposit amount, payment deadline, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be disclosed before the booking is confirmed. We do not impose a blanket nonrefundable-deposit rule through these website Terms. Rights and remedies under applicable law are preserved.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible. If we need to reschedule an appointment, we will discuss available alternatives and any applicable deposit treatment.

4. Service Scope and Customer Authorization

The exact areas covered, products used, finish, design, preparation, disassembly or reassembly, removal work, and optional extras will be described in your service-specific estimate or work order. An illustrative website package is not a substitute for a written description of the work authorized on your vehicle.

When applicable law requires an estimate, authorization, revised work order, or final invoice, we will follow those requirements. We will not treat website browsing, an unanswered quotation, or a general inquiry as authorization for additional repairs or charges.

Any proposed changes that increase the authorized price or materially change the work will be discussed with you and authorized before the additional work or charges proceed, as required by law.

5. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibilities

To help us provide an accurate estimate and plan the installation, please disclose known repainting, paint or clear-coat failure, prior wrap or PPF installations, bodywork, aftermarket modifications, loose trim, glass damage, mechanical or electronic issues, and other conditions that may affect the requested service.

Before drop-off, remove cash, valuables, important documents, and loose personal possessions; provide any keys, wheel locks, access instructions, and other items reasonably needed for the authorized service. We may document visible pre-existing conditions in photos or service notes.

Certain work—particularly old-film removal, adhesive removal, aggressive contamination removal, or installation over repainted, damaged, or compromised surfaces—can present material-specific risks. We will discuss significant risks when identified and request any necessary authorization. Nothing in these Terms releases us from responsibility for our own negligence, misconduct, or obligations imposed by applicable law.

6. Product Characteristics and Appearance

PPF, colored PPF, vinyl, window tint, and ceramic coatings have different purposes and limitations. No protective product guarantees prevention of all scratches, rock chips, impacts, stains, or environmental damage. Results depend on vehicle design, existing condition, chosen material, maintenance, and exposure.

Depending on the vehicle and authorized installation method, edges, seams, relief cuts, and film transitions may be visible. Differences in color, texture, or sheen may appear under different lighting, particularly with color-change materials. Photos displayed online may not reproduce a material's exact appearance; ask to review a physical sample when available.

Installation methods, including precut patterns, wrapped edges, and limited trim removal, depend on access, safe working practices, the vehicle, and the authorized scope of work. Any material change to the agreed installation approach will be addressed through the appropriate service authorization process.

7. Window Tint and Applicable Laws

Window-film regulations vary by jurisdiction, affected glass, and the combined light transmission of factory glass and installed film. We may provide general information about available products and relevant restrictions, but no website description constitutes a legal certification for every vehicle or jurisdiction.

Customers should consider the law where the vehicle will be registered and driven. We may decline an installation that we determine should not be performed. Nothing in these Terms changes any legal duties that apply to us as an installer or any legal responsibilities of a vehicle owner or driver.

8. Aftercare, Follow-Up, and Warranty

Some films and coatings require curing time or special care after installation. Follow the product- and service-specific instructions supplied at delivery. In general, avoid handling lifting film edges, using harsh cleaners, or washing before the recommended curing period. Our FAQs provide additional general guidance, but the instructions for your vehicle and service take precedence.

Selected materials may carry a manufacturer's limited warranty, and separate workmanship remedies may be available. Warranty duration, registration, covered defects, exclusions, and labor treatment depend on the actual product, written manufacturer terms, and any applicable service-specific written commitment. We do not represent that every service or material has the same warranty period.

If you believe an issue is covered, contact us with your invoice or service date, vehicle information, a description of the concern, and clear photographs when possible. An inspection may be necessary. These Terms do not limit any non-waivable warranty or consumer protection rights.

9. Payments and Taxes

Accepted payment methods, payment timing, deposit applications, and any authorized additional charges will be stated through the applicable invoice, checkout, or agreement. Applicable taxes and required fees will be handled according to law. We will not charge for work requiring customer authorization without obtaining that authorization.

Transactions handled by independent payment processors may also be subject to the processor's terms and security practices. Do not send full credit card numbers or sensitive bank credentials through ordinary text messages or email.

10. SMS, RCS, Email, and Customer Communications

When you contact us about an estimate, appointment, or service, we may respond with information relevant to your inquiry through the channel you used or otherwise authorized, subject to applicable law. With appropriate consent, we may send service-related text/RCS messages such as scheduling confirmations, estimate or status updates, pickup notices, and aftercare reminders.

Marketing text/RCS messages require any separate consent mandated by law. Providing your phone number or purchasing a service does not automatically subscribe you to promotional texts, and consent to promotional messaging is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to the applicable messaging program to opt out. Message delivery depends on your carrier, device, and the relevant platform and is not guaranteed.

Our Privacy Policy explains how communication and consent records may be processed. We do not sell or share mobile messaging opt-in information for third parties' own promotional purposes.

11. Photography, Content, and Intellectual Property

Vehicle images or videos may be captured to document condition, prepare estimates, verify workmanship, or support aftercare and warranty inquiries. Public marketing use of identifiable customer information or protected personal content requires an appropriate legal basis or permission. Merely visiting our website does not grant blanket permission to publish your personal information.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, images, logos, and other original materials on this website are owned by Toyz Detail Studio or used with permission. You may view the website for personal informational purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without authorization or another lawful basis.

If you send us text or images to support an inquiry, you authorize us to use those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate and fulfill your request, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law; this is not an unrestricted public-marketing license.

12. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to interfere with website security or operation, submit knowingly false or fraudulent requests, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape restricted data, or use the site in a way that violates law or infringes another person's rights.

We may restrict abusive or fraudulent use of our online services to the extent permitted by law.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may connect to third-party scheduling, payment, review, map, social media, or service platforms. Those providers may have separate terms and policies. We do not control their independent content or operations, and a link does not necessarily imply endorsement of everything published by the third party.

14. Website Availability and Limitations

We seek to keep website information accurate and current, but website content may contain typographical errors or become outdated, and site access may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its informational content are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that every description is error-free.

Any exclusions or limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. These website provisions do not replace your rights under a service-specific agreement, manufacturer warranty, or applicable consumer protection law.

15. Questions and Dispute Resolution

For a service concern, please contact us promptly so we can review the service records, inspect the issue where necessary, and discuss potential remedies. We encourage direct resolution but do not require you to give up any right to contact a regulator, seek lawful remedies, or use an available dispute process.

These Terms are interpreted under California law, without displacing any mandatory consumer protections. Where legally permissible, disputes concerning these Terms may be brought in the courts having jurisdiction in Orange County, California. This paragraph does not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our website, service offerings, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively to website use as permitted by law; a posted update does not retroactively alter an existing service-specific agreement without the necessary agreement or legal basis.
