2025 Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Full-Body XPEL PPF, XR Plus & Ceramic
This used GT4 RS arrived with front-half PPF and two areas needing attention. Toyz replaced the compromised mirror and fender film, completed the unprotected exterior, and added XR Plus tint, ceramic coating and a matte-black colored-PPF rear-glass detail.

The Finished Look
A GT Porsche Enthusiast’s Used GT4 RS
A repeat Toyz client, the owner had previously brought a CTS-V for a blackout-style project. They like GT Porsches and bought this GT4 RS used as a track and weekend car.
A Complete Protection Standard
The goal was to address the existing film’s problem areas and protect the remaining exterior while keeping the Arctic Grey, exposed carbon and blue accents visible. The owner also wanted the PORSCHE lettering on the rear hatch glass masked.

Complete What Was Incomplete
The GT4 RS arrived with front-half PPF already installed. Toyz evaluated that protection, addressed the areas that were compromised, and completed the rest of the exterior.
Inspect the Existing Film
The pre-existing front-half protection was assessed before deciding where rework was needed.
Replace Mirror & Fender Film
The mirror film had an issue and the fender film was damaged. Toyz replaced the PPF on those areas with XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS.
Complete the Unprotected Body
XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS was installed on the remaining unprotected exterior areas, completing the full-body protection scope.
Toyz retained the existing front protection that did not need rework. Whether film can be retained depends on the vehicle and the film’s condition; this is assessed individually.
Finished mirror, fender and carbon details show the GT4 RS after the protection was repaired and completed.
Full Exterior Protection, Clear / Gloss Finish
The finished scope protects all exterior painted panels, exposed carbon-fiber surfaces and gloss-black pieces. Toyz-installed clear/gloss XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS completes and repairs the existing protection without changing the factory color.

The completed exterior combines retained pre-existing front protection with Toyz-installed replacement and completion film.
Toyz uses extended patterns and wraps safely accessible edges where practical.
Arctic Grey, Carbon, Blue Accents
Arctic Grey and the exposed Weissach carbon create a restrained exterior palette. Blue wheels and blue cabin accents add color, while clear/gloss film preserves the visible finish.
Exposed carbon, blue wheels and blue cabin accents are part of the vehicle’s factory configuration.
Rear-Glass PORSCHE Delete
The owner did not want the PORSCHE lettering near the top of the rear hatch glass. Toyz masked that visual element with matte-black colored PPF for a cleaner rear-glass treatment.
The matte-black colored-PPF detail keeps the rear-glass treatment understated.
XPEL PRIME XR Plus
The windshield, side windows and rear hatch glass received XPEL PRIME XR Plus window tint.

XPEL FUSION PLUS Ceramic Coating
The ceramic package adds a maintenance layer to the PPF surfaces, windshield and wheel faces. Its scope is specific to those surfaces.
Ceramic coating helps with maintenance; it does not replace PPF’s physical protection from road debris or make the car maintenance-free.

Toyz Installation Workmanship
We stand behind our installation work. If an issue is caused by our workmanship, Toyz Detail Studio will take responsibility and correct it.
This policy applies to Toyz-installed work.
PPF Care
Follow the delivery instructions for curing and washing. Use gentle, non-abrasive cleaning methods and avoid directing high-pressure water at film edges.
Window Tint Aftercare
Do not roll down freshly tinted windows on the day of installation. The windows may be rolled down normally starting the following day. Follow any additional installation-specific care instructions provided at delivery.
Ceramic & Film Cleaning
Follow the product-specific curing and cleaning instructions provided at delivery. Next-day window operation does not mean next-day film cleaning. Keep ceramic annual inspections separate from window-tint aftercare.

Did this GT4 RS arrive with existing PPF?
Yes. This used 2025 GT4 RS arrived with front-half PPF already installed.
Did Toyz remove all of the old PPF?
Toyz retained the existing front protection that did not need rework, replaced the compromised mirror and damaged fender film, and protected the remaining unprotected exterior. Retaining existing film depends on its condition.
What needed rework on the mirror and fender?
The mirror film had an issue and the fender film was damaged. Toyz replaced the PPF in those areas with XPEL ULTIMATE PLUS.
What is the completed PPF coverage?
